Puredraft mixed gas generators allow you better control
of CO2 content, especially in the finished beer tanks. They
also provide nitrogen for Nitrogenated products, gas for tank
back-fill, and mixed gas for keg dispense.
Puredraft and Puredraft Classic are
designed for your operations. Both come with a 30 gallon storage
tank (larger nitrogen storage vessels are available) and two
blends.
The right choice for 7 bbl operations and with optional storage
for some 15 bbl operations. Puredraft meets the strict
standards of the Guinness Import Company. Nitrogen is produced
at 99.7% and stored allowing for an average flow of 22 pints
per minute and a 5-hour surge of up to 16 kegs. Wall mounted
and easily installed, Puredraft is the preferred option
for those that have a source of compressed air.
