PUREDraft Ultra, by Parker, is a self contained system which
generates high purity nitrogen and blends it with carbon dioxide
to provide two blends of mixed gas for brewing and dispensing
operations. The mixed gases are used to pressurize kegs and
dispense draught beer. High purity nitrogen can be used for
nitrogenation as well as tank backfilling.
Increasing draught beer popularity has focused attention
on providing the highest quality draught product. Use of the
optimal gas mixture contributes to product quality and reduces
operating cost. Optimal gas mixtures reduce foaming and overpour,
increase keg and finished beer shelf life and utilization,
and maximize draught profits.
